Easy to read book. Simple, but effective advice to lose weight after child birth. Another greathit by author E. Goldsmith.

This book, “Weight Loss after Child Birth - How to keep it off for good naturally” by author Elizabeth Goldsmith, is considered by me as a following book from its predecessor “The Ultimate Guide to Eating during Pregnancy” ( The Ultimate Guide to Eating during Pregnancy ).
This book is written by Elizabeth Goldsmith’s unique way to present it, with simple, direct and effective guidelines as reasonable to follow and understand that you will be able to recover, not only your regular body healthy shape, but may improve your old way of living into a more healthier, natural, and successful way of living.
As this books goes from good exercises and a sensible well-balanced diet, which means that you can eat well and also it means that there is high importance to learn about properly eating habits. As the author Elizabeth Goldsmith wrote on her book: “The best way to lose weight, the healthy way, is to change the way you eat food and not really about dieting. Improve your diet by going for healthy eats rather than eating less.”
Veggies, fruits, lean meats, whole grains, source of proteins and calcium and healthy fat shall be included in your daily intake, but how???; well, start by reading this book and you will get the basics and don’t you forget that some exercise routine is needed so you can keep your metabolism rolling and renew your hormones, good intake of fresh oxygen to your blood, also getting new nutrients and the proper release of waste (lymphatic drainage, hormones waste, etc.). You will enjoy this book as I have enjoyed and will continue to do so as the advice contained is one to keep in mind for long time and to serve as foundation for future and deeper knowledge on reasonable dieting, proper exercise and do please drink lots of water every day. Don’t you forget about daily supplements intake and vitamins to complete your proper daily intake.

Nothing New To Offer, And Some Incorrect Information To Boot

I'm 3 months postpartum with my third child, so I'm probably the exact person this book is targeted at: the busy mom with a newborn and other children to care for who has recovered from giving birth and is looking now to start losing the baby weight. I didn't find anything new or novel in this book, though. The entire thing essentially boiled down to, "Eat a healthy, well balanced diet", and "Here is a description of some exercises you could do" (which, like other reviewers have noted, would have benefited from photographs to show how to properly perform them. All text isn't ideal when it comes to figuring out how to perform a movement properly!). I actually took exception to some of the diet advice (particularly the "fact" that breastfeeding women cannot have any alcoholic beverages ever. There's a perfectly responsible way for a woman to imbibe without causing any harm to her baby, and in fact sometimes dark beers are recommended to increase milk production. So I felt there was actually some incorrect information provided!) and the exercises weren't anything you couldn't find a thousand times over on Pinterest. So if you really don't have ANY idea where to start, then maybe this book would be helpful for you, but I think most readers will say, "Um, yeah, obviously. But what ELSE do you have to say?" and end up disappointed with the lack of an answer to that question.

Common sense - decent reminders!

This book is a decent book. Nothing too great, nothing horrible. It's pretty much common sense just laid out for people in one spot.
For someone who doesn't want to take the time to do their own research in how to lose weight, especially after child birth - this would be the perfect book. It has some pretty helpful reminders and guidelines that would be great for anyone to follow, after baby or not.
It gives a few options for exercises but for some people who have never done them before, it would have probably been helpful for their to be diagrams or photos to help out.
Overall, like I said, nothing great, nothing horrible - just a decent book of rules and suggestions on how to lose weight effectively and keep it off - again - common sense!
